I have been a member since May 2013. So far everything has been great, the park is kept clean, Jose's taco's are fantastic. The staff is very warm and friendly. I just wish the WI FI was free.

I've been a member for many years now. Me and my family always enjoy camping here! Love that it's so safe and secure. Just wish they would let us put 2 tents on our RV spot. Makes it hard to invite other family members.

While the resort seems very good and I have been there before, trying to get in touch with a human on the phone is a joke concerning membership questions. I have used all of the 800, 415, and 916 numbers and other than the office personnel, who could not help, the effort has been a BUST. Sorry, but even sales and marketing did not answer the phone.........Hope someone is on the other end of this and is serious about communicating with the members WHO sent in yearly MONEY.......

It would be nice if the website gave more information on the cabins such as: What is provided in the cabins, bedding, towels,dishes also a picture of the bedrooms would be nice. I have always enjoyed my stays at the lighthouse. Nice people, lovely setting. Very relaxing.
